- Answer: No, security deposit is payable by debit/credit card.
- What documents do i need to rent a car?
- Answer: Valid Passport or ID card, Valid Driving license and Credit/Debit card
- What is the minimum age requirement to book a car?
- Answer: You must be at least 21 years old to reserve a car. If you are between 18 and 21 years old, it may be possible to rent a car with a one-time young driver fee.
- How much driving experience do I need to rent a car?
- Answer: You must have a valid driver’s license for at least two years. If less, you are still able to rent a car with one-time young driver fee
- Can I drive with a license issued by a non-European country?
- Answer: If your driving license is issued by a country outside of Europe and is valid in European countries, you can drive in Bulgaria. Sometimes an international license is also needed. You can read more in the offical website of EU here
- What does the rental basic price include?
- Answer: Vignette tax for Bulgaria, VAT, basic protection, unlimited mileage, airport tax.
- What to do in case of accident?
- Answer: In case of any accident you have to contact our company immediately on our mobiles 24/7.
- Can i travel abroad with rented vehicle?
- Answer: Yes, you can visit neighboring countries (Romania, Serbia, Greece or North Macedonia)after indicating your preference in the reservation and paying the one-time fee for traveling abroad.
- Can i travel to Turkey with rented vehicle?
- Answer: No, traveling to Turkey with our cars is prohibited.
- Can i extend the rental?
- Answer: Most often, it is possible. You need to contact us immediately, and we will confirm if it is possible
- What does the FULL PROTECTION include?
- Answer: Full protection does cover damages over the exterior (body parts and auto glass).
